Mean Ang-2 level was higher in non-survivors (filled circles, n = 11) compared with survivors (open circles, n = 10) on admission (P = 0.032), after 24 hours (P = 0.027), and 72 hours (P = 0.008) (two-sided Mann-Whitney test).
