The bioprocesses affected by mechanical stretch were identified using MAPPFinder [12] software, designed by the BayGenomics PGA group for dynamic linkage of gene expression data to the Gene Ontology (GO; http://www.geneontology.org webcite hierarchy. Data were filtered by number of changed genes (> 5) and Z score (> 2.0) and sorted by percentage changed genes. |
