Q7 What is the best way to print articles that are in pdf format?

A7 When you open a pdf document in Microsoft Internet Explorer, a toolbar will appear which runs along the top of the article. To print the article, click on the printer icon that appears in this toolbar, not the browser toolbar. If you use the printer icon in the browser toolbar, you will print out a blank sheet.

In Netscape this isn't important; you can use either printer icon to print an article. Remember that to view and print pdf documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have this, you can get it for free from the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader Software site (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html).
