Web payments must be made in sterling. 2Canadian subscribers add GST (7%). 3Students and doctors-in-training must provide a letter from the head of department at their institution indicating that they are undergoing full-time education. The student rate is available for a maximum of 2 years per subscriber. 4RN license number or equivalent required.
